i just put a new friction plate in my gze conversion as the last one had pulled the rivets loose.
looked like it was going too pull through in the future, so i replaced while i had the gearbox on the ground. sooo much easier changing clutches when the engine is out of the car
oh yeah, 165 for a 215mm 4 puck exedy, plate only
88 for a standard plate
it depends how you drive, in my other sprinter, which i changed the t50 for a new/old one, had a peek at the clutch while the box was out. it's a PBR cover with a exedy organic, still has grooves in it. still chirps into second good, i "should" ne nice to this box
