No idea about the costs, I'd say save up about $4k for it.
The 18R-G is rated at around 118kW or so from the fly I think. That would prolly mean (rough guess) about 70kW at the wheels.
First thing you should do is get it engineered... 
You will prolly get a new exhaust with it anyway, but extractors should help with power...
