Thu, 04 March 2004 20:59 At the moment it's just sitting in there, but bolting it in will be a no brainer. It's resting on the AC compressor and the altenator and there's a jack under the gearbox. I will relocate the AC compressor. I have it on excellent authority that the next model (MS55) has issues with the motor wanting to reside on the upper control arm . It was witnessed by El Pres of these forums, a mod from PF and the pres of Classicrown. Steve Shipway (the guy who was doing it) is a Crown guru. That made me incredibly nervous as I had already bought the halfcut! The setup between the 40 series is quite different to the 50 series. Mind you, it still needs a rack and pinion conversion to make it happen. There's a stack of work ahead. [Report message to a moderator]
