GT covered it, yes, E series diff's in Liteace's, an F series LSD in the 4WD second hand import Liteace, with a 4.3 ratio BTW, on the one I eyeballed in Perth 18 months ago.
Unless the Hiace was a 4WD or limited edition or diesel turbo or some other oddball combination, you won't find it with an LSD.
All said and done, its easier to hunt down/wait for and buy an RN10/13/25/27 Hilux and use that G series axle, and swap in a later model LSD.
Been there, done that, taken me 3 years and $500 all up, but worth it.
