If you want it to be low .. shorter stroke struts would be a valuable investment.
GT4 items are quite a bit shorter and with those in place you will regain a lot of lost suspension travel from lowering it.
Get coilover hardware and while fitting that chop xx out of your strut housing.
Make sure whatever you lower it by you put the same amount back with roll centre adjusters if not you will have bump steer issues.
Traction brackets as I mentioned before will be even more necessary if you want a super low ride.
Those spring rates sound fine for a drift car, maybe a bit stiffer on the rear to promote oversteer.
Make sure the swaybars are adjustable so you can make the rear super stiff to again promote oversteer.
