Roll centre adjusters do NOT raise the car, the reset the roll centre geometry back to close to factory.
They sit between the steering knuckle and the shock, so they only alter the angle of the control arm and not height of the car.
GT4 inserts fit inside the AE86 strut housing fine, but as I mentioned the housing needs to be shortened as they are a much shorter stock.
With spring rates AE86 seem to respond well to a ratio of the rear being 2/3 the rate of the front. But as you want drift setup I'd guess this might not be the ideal ratio and you'd want to stiffen the rear more.
