the stock 22RTE Ex mani sucks. It places the turbo very low against the block. Its log style doesnt flow well at all. It interfers with the steering componets on several models. Better if you build your own manifold.
the stock EFI will handle 6psi. IF you do run lean swap in some 4AGE "blue" injectors. just a bit bigger and wont throw ecu codes. 22RE's respond very well to boost. Makes for lotsa torque in the midrange. good luck.
