OK, so we're talking about a slightly modified setup. That helps a lot. Laughing

What is the diameter of the SA63 caliper pistons vis a vis the MX62 caliper pistons? If the SA63 pistons are bigger, then you will need more pedal travel to adequately activate the front - this may result in the backs locking up as line pressure still increases as before. Like Norbie said, best bet is to replace the master cylinder with an SA63 unit. If you still have rear brake lockup issues, I'd rekit the calipers and make sure they are 100% OK. Then I might consider an adjustable proprtioning valve.
