Investigate interstate options as the variety may be better and the price may actually be better even including interstate shipping. You buy the JZ-MA61 mounts via Glen or Mick (JAZE) for some piddly amount. If you decide on a 7M, then you use the mounts that are there on the 5M. Hire an engine crane for $40 (or borrow mine). Lift the 5M out and dispose of it thoughtfully. With regard to wiring, there are quite a few of us here in Melbourne that could give you a hand if you got stuck.
