Q20R-U11 vs K20PR-U11

K & Q plugs are interchangeable, they both have the same thread diameter & reach, so no problem there.

R is a normal resistor plug, PR is a resistor plug with a projected insulator nose, hardly any difference, can cause smoother running at idle with the PR (in theory)

And obviously the gap is the same on both at 1.1mm, and they both have a "U" grooved centre electrode.

So no drama really. Your car has just been fitted with a compatible alternative plug, you shouldn't be able to notice any difference.

But if you're replacing them, i'd highly recommend the PQ16R platinum plugs, they last forever, and are harder to foul.

Cheers
Phil
