indeed they are, "ReSponse" is the brand name. Don't let that fool you they are GREAT splits, photos of my splits will be up as soon as i get batteries, but for now ill just post a web pic.

Description:
Split speaker systems are the single greatest approach to car sound after settling on a choice of amplifier and head unit. If you've been using 'standard' coaxial-style speakers, then you're in for a real treat! The woofer features a Phase Plug, which is responsible for improving overall midrange response - something that standard coaxial speakers cannot achieve. Together, the woofer's rubber roll surround and woven Kevlar cone ensure accurate, mids and bass. The 25mm textile soft dome tweeter ensures crisp distortion-free highs and includes a multi-angle mounting bracket for perfect angling. The system is completed with a 12dB/octave crossover. Supplied with Grilles, mounting hardware and wiring.
