hey there, if i was you i would take the engine back and get warranty on it, from what u have said, it has had very little oil changes witch causes the sludge up, it will be like that thru the whole engine, it wll need a rebuilt to clean it all up, this is what we do at work, with no compression in 1 cyclinder it could be a stuck valve or bent valve, blowen head gasket, normal problems
