Did Toyota make different size manifolds for their 45mm and 48mm applications?
FYI: I managed to have a 50mm EFI setup match ported to the original 40mm manifold. Most of the porting was done on the "harden plastic spacer" cause the water jackets (not sure on their specific name) in the manifold are too close to the runners. Turned out very nice!
