When was the new rad put in. Was it professionaslly flushed. Was the heater vent OPEN when it was flushed because if it wasnt all the crap stays in the heater and first time u tuyrn it on the blockages go back to the radiator. Thermo fan running the right way????? Do u have a shroud?????? Head can be gone without showing oil in water. If u still have bubbles it may be putting compression into the raditor and thats you over heating problem. If a engine fan is available put that on if your racing it as they work alot better then thermos. Sounds like possible blockages though. Get rad cleanedout and also try blocking your heater off by bypassing it. Where are u located???
