have you got a non stock filter on the car like a pod filter, id be thinking its a turbo flutter noise, its not bad for your car, well i don't think it is, its just back pressure coming out of the turbo going out of the intake...
if you want to get rid of it, put the stock air box back on, or put a BOV on...
