GT-R just as a point of interest, I doubt that the 3sge can spin the wheels at an engine speed of 8,000rpm+ as from 7,500 the power curve drops off a cliff. In the dry if you drop the clutch and hold the throttle down all the way, the tacho will happily read out around 6,800 maximum, so the power after there isn't all that good.
And I thought the max power was at 6,000rpm? max torque at 4,800rpm? as tivs swaps at 4,500 isn't it?
