I'm pretty sure your info is correct DiZ_ the sc12 craps itself at anything 14psi and over (12 is probably pushing the limit for much longevity), it just becomes way too ineficient and definately wont last too long, its old technology.
i know for certain that the gze engine itself is good for ~350hp. Don't really know about the boost limits.
