I thought you, as a uza70 owner, knew better than a silly question like this! Toyota engineers spent hours and hours of time, effort and money desgining the ma70 "sawblades" with their hi-tech fins to create the best airflow possible over the braking area. Look closely at them and you'll see they're marked either Left or Right depending on what side they're on - put them round the wrong way and they won't work at all - and your brakes will melt!!!. Aftermarket wheels will never give you the awesome turbulent airflow over your braking area the sawblades do. It was only due to cost cutting (rising yen hurting export sales) that the inferior, later model jza70 style wheels were used. [Updated on: Tue, 16 March 2004 04:48] [Report message to a moderator]
