An Import motor will likely need a rebuild anyway..no such thing as a 15yr old 7M with only 40KMs on it..many come with free BHG's actually! What I would do though is to buy the Import 7M, rebuild that motor and swap over.. that way your car is off the road for maybe a weekend, not a month or more, and you can either sell your old donk at the end or use it for invaluable spares in the future.
