Nah, they won't drag.
What might happen is on application of the brake pedal, the rear brakes may work too well resulting in preferential rear brake lockup.
Of course the converse may happen - they may not work as well as you'd like such that they never lock up.
It all depends on the ratio of master cylinder piston diameter to front and rear piston diameters respectively and your suspension setup, weight distribution, etc.
