Can you actually see oil leaking on the ground or are you just topping it up because its low?
synthetic oil in 4AGE's tends to burn off due to the engine tolerances not being designed for such a light oil so over time you will loose some oil like in Lukes case.
In particular mobil 1 in my experience is not a suitable oil for the 4AGE, I have used it on new engine that Ive had to pull apart within 1000Kms and have seen an unusually high level of wear on the bearings and oil loss problems as mentioned earlier. I recommend you use something with a higher grade like Penrite 30 or 50.
