drummerboy Occasional Poster Registered: September 2003	Re: 7MGE and auto box Wed, 17 March 2004 12:56 I'm in Sydney. I'm in Penrith area, but the engine and gearbox are in Parramatta at the moment. By the way the gearbox comes with a 6 month replacement warranty. The engine has done 250K and has some oil leaks around the cam covers. The oil does go black a bit faster than usual, and as I said earlier the stripped thread on the crank. Other than that the head gaskets never been a problem, it doen't blow smoke, and its never let me down. Thanks for the interest. [Report message to a moderator]
