Yes it can. How ever, I'd recomend getting the twincam upper strut brace first, and sorting the suspension with that in place before adding the sway bar on the front. Dont forget, you may need to get a twin cam rear sway bar to even things up (i dont know if there is a difference between the single and twin cam rear sway bars) Take a look at mine when you pickup the struts.

Yes and no... (read on to see why...) I have a twin cam front sway bar, and want to bolt it to my single cam body shell when i put the 20V in. Heres what Ive found...

The control arms for the twin and single cams are the same on the front for the AE82. If you look at the arm, you will see a hole in it at about half length, with a dished top surface. This is where the sway bar linkages bolt to (with the correct rubbers)
The chassis mounts are a bit different. The AE82 doesnt have a sub frame at the front or back like the AE92. Its all welded to the chassis as one unit. If you look at the main chassis rails running from the engine bay out under the floorpan of the car, you will see two holes in them just behind where the firewall is. On the twin cam, these go all the way through into the rail. on the singlecam, only the outer piece of metal has the holes, the inner skin of the chassis rail doesnt. On the twin, one is just a hole, and one has a captive nut inside the chassis rail. I'm still trying to find a nice way to bolt up the sway bar without compromising the chassis rail in any way.

If you were to get the twin cams struts, you would need the knucles as well. The width of where the knucle bolts to the strus is different, and the bolts are larger. But again, they do improve handling if you can get some. (this is what i run in my sedan.)
The single cam brakes will bolt up no worries, but id suggest getting the twin cam ones at the same time if possible.

They are curved on both edges.
Chris or Les at Autobarn Mile End know the difference. One type is the single cam, the other the twin as far as i know. I have a set of pads, Ferodo Zeros (will do well round town) that are nearly new, about 80% to 90% left, if you want them as well, going cheap!
