If I remember correctly Norbie has MA61 hubs / brakes on his RA23, they wern't a complete bolt on affair (he had to machine a new caliper bracket I think). He gained some track as well (go and check out his site). I'm pretty sure that MX62 disks are the same stud pattern as a MA61, I do know that they share the same hub face distance overall so you will run into increased track and hence caliper mounting problems as well I think.
