Note that in Qld and NSW the 2.5x rule applies for turbo engine swaps. This means the lightest car you can put a 3S-GTE into must weigh no less than 800kg from the factory. Most passenger cars weigh more than this though so you're pretty right there. My first choice would be an AE86 or TA22, both of which are around the 950kg mark. [Report message to a moderator]
