thank you all  that website will be a massive help, i've not read it as yet.. do it tomorrow.
red and blue top... they the gze and normal ge? i dont know a whole lot about these things just yet... sorry.
RE: In brief, directly on the engine: intake, exhaust, wiring, fuel pump, alternator, air con, ignition, fan, water lines...
Indirectly (to balance the car as a whole with a Aus spec as example): brake, final gear, suspension...
It all depends on what level a car u want it to be...keep searching for information b4 u make a move. It is worth it at the end...
scared the crap out of me and explained almost nothing to me... maybe cause i know so little.... sorry 
like i said though, thank you all heaps, been a huge help.
