Oil sender mounting

I want to run 2 senders for my oil - pressure and temperature. The most straightforward solution I can think for this is to run a T-piece off the block, however there are 2 issues with this: First of all there isn't much space there to fit the senders (what with the engine mount, oil cooler sandwich plate, filter etc in the way), and secondly a few people have cautioned me that because the oil pressure sender is reasonably big there's a risk of the T-piece cracking and spilling all my oil out.
What are my options for this? Can I get an oil line made up to run from the block to a remote mount for the senders? Does anyone actually make remote mounts? Or will it have to be a custom bracket? If I take this route, how do I prevent air pockets in the line? Mount the senders lower than the block? Will the oil temp sender still be accurate since it isn't sitting on the block anymore?
Any opinions/ideas?
