OK, I just went and measured and according to my vernier... The outer hoops have about 55 and 45mm of dish out from the centres on the 8" wide and 7" wide rims respectively. Distance from the inside of centres to the outside of the hoops (perpendicular distance, like offset?) is 85 and 75mm for the 8" and 7" rims respectively. Is that what you wanted to know?
