1. Most people are interested in the RA60 brakes, not necessarily the RA60 stub axles. The larger stub axles give you access to a whole range of different hub/brake swaps.

2. No, adjustable strut tops allow fairly limited camber adjustment and it won't be enough. You have to take more drastic measures, like longer control arms or get the struts bent.
