yeah i think it was accidental to start with...but poor pr skills from the shop owner caused everyone to jump down his throat...it could have been resolved easily with minimum fuss but it appears the shop owner didnt want to claim responsibilty...he could have saved face by replacing the shit parts with the ones in the pic. Another guy jumped in half way through and said he was having the same probs. You'd think the shop owner would've been quick to resolve these issues.
but what can you expect when you buy something you havent viewed first hand. Agreed the shop owner has a lot to learn about running a business but i think he's copped the sharp end of the stick. It's too easy for the keyboard warriors to heap shit on ppl and this negative attitude can only affect the bottom line of the business. The punishment should fit the crime...not run him outta business which it seems is now the goal
