Sorry, i may have been a bit misleading, it took 2 hours once my mate turned up, to remove & replace the 16 seals. I had already removed the cams before this stage, so add that to the time I didn't remove the crank pulley, as I wasn't changing the timing belt at the same time, it was only 5000km old. If you plan to change the timing belt, then yes, it would be a good idea to remove the crank pulley, otherwise just slacken off the belt adjuster, and slide the belt off the cam pulleys so that you can get the cams out.
