sideshow Forums Junkie Location: sydney Registered: March 2003	Re: fittin 1uz into my hilux this mon Fri, 26 March 2004 10:36 thabnks i just have to piss of the bull bar the engine bay will look good i hope i have it pictured in my head shpould manage to hide most of the wiring bar the thick loom for the fi but i might run a box tubin over it dont want to just wrap it in black tape but i ran the alternator wires under the dizzy leads and under the black covers so u cant see much of it then i pulled the dash apart found wires for tacho temp and oil then ran wires for them behind the dash instead of in the engine bay and i hope to use the A/T oil temp light as the check engine light and im in luck the hilux has an electronic speedo so it has an output for the ecu plus my hilux is 4speed auto and the crown auto seems similar in size so hope the auto side of things will bolt straight up if im lucky the tailshaft will fit straight in so far looks like it wil be easy [Updated on: Fri, 26 March 2004 10:40] [Report message to a moderator]
