Well looking at the gasket, yes it is the larger size which matches the ported exhaust manifold like you say.... 
Ok, so judging by your statement im assuming that the 3T-GTE exhaust manifold has the same turbo flange as a CT26, so what would be involved with shoving a CT26 turbo on here?
Also, could i then use the 7M-GTE gasket as an equal counterpart replacement? I need to get a gasket ASAP, and dont want to wait for one from Japan....
