The locks are easy to remove with a strong magnet (like the ones on the end of a radio antenna looking things, that you buy from auto parts stores for picking up metal parts) after compressing the valve spring. Replacing them is the fun part, its a bit fiddly, but easy to figure out after the first one or two. Unfortunately it didnt fix my oil burning problem, I had mis-diagnosed it, as the problem was actually the placement of the oil drain from my turbo. Oh well, I guess it didnt hurt to replace them anyway. [Report message to a moderator]
