Where is the ST204 fuel tank located? In the earlier FWD Celicas, it was in front of the rear wheels, but relocated behind the rear wheels on the GT4. Dunno about the ST205 GT4. On my ST190 96 Caldina (very similar floorpan) the fuel tank is in front of the rear wheels for both FWD & 4wd, so for my car, I simply have to replace the FWD fuel tank with the 4wd one (has a hump for the tailshaft to go through). The trans tunnel on my car is already big enough, but I have to change the engine x members too. The ST205's also have the superstrut double wishbone suspension which the FWD doesn't, so you may have to check whether this bolts on too. And I definitely recommend putting the ST205 brakes on!! If the fuel tank is an issue, I'd go turbo FWD using a MR2 turbo SW20 gearbox, & sell the ST205 GT4 box. I'd thinking about buying this off you. [Report message to a moderator]
