I get it bad too.. mostly in the cold but lately even when it's warm.. I think it's a combination of timing, vacum hoses, and it may have something to do with me bending the points last time I had the distributor cap off.. I straightened them asmuch as possible but alas... isn't it funny how we all seem to have the problem but the mighty 18r just carries on..
