Its unlikely the cluster is totalled.
If you unplugged it while battery connected, may have copped a short and to ground , look closely for any burned tracks on cluster.
If so any breaks can be linked across with wire and soldered.
If only indicators not working check cables, plugs (may have partially unplugged while working under dash.) or Flasher unit itself (test by replacement.)
Pull cluster out again for a close look with a strong light behind.
Before checking with a meter and schematic, can try system approach and try swapping another from wrecker...or head down to your local autoelectric.
