I checked all the connections and fuses and all seems good. There doesnt look like anything has burnt on the cluster but i will definatly check this regulator.
I also used a test light and some wires are getting power, but not all even when the ignition is on. Big mistake i did was take it apart while the battery was connected so as pedroenglish said it could be a short. I am taking it to the autoelectrics tomorrow cause i just dont have time to fiddle around with it. And i can keep driving without blinkers especially on P's. The Autoelectric charge $75 just to look at it. I bet its something so little and stupid ohwell. I'll try one more time in the morning and if no luck, straight to the Autoelectrics.
