No worries.
My step-father went through exactly this about 8 years ago with his Toyota Blizzard and camper trailer. He also ended up getting (four) matching rims from a wrecker, in this case.
Trailer axle wheel bearings are not as 'sensitive' to offset as cars are, they generally carry less load, travel in straight lines, and do not bounce up and down as much as a vehicles suspension.
