the two heater wires are usually the same colour, and should have around 2-5ohms resistance at room temp. connect one to 12V and the other to a solid ground AWAY from ECU.

of the other two, one is signal to ECU, the other is the signal ground... the ground wire should go to near the ECU ground (for better signal) and the other one goes to ECU...

afaik, the grounds should be independant of the sensor body (at least for bosch and NTK aftermarket ones) the toyota OEM might be different tho
