HighRolla Forums Junkie Location: Sydney Registered: January 2004	Clutch Master Cylinder Issues - WHY!! Sat, 03 April 2004 07:09 Hey guys/girls, Have just found my clutch master cylinder leaking inside around pedal box. This is annoying because I replaced it in late December '03 when I replaced clutch . I'd just like to know is there anything I could have done that has wrecked this. I have the clutch adjusted so it starts to contact flywheel after only about 1 inch from the floor, Taking up this early, that couldn't have caused this to happen could it? Shouldn't when the clutch pedal is fully released the clevis and piston will be at start of stroke..i.e resting on the end stop as when master cylinder is off vehicle with no force on it. The brand is: "Top Performance" in blue box with a couple of elephants on it..I paid $85 from a local place that usually sells decent gear. Anybody had similar experience..it is going through a fair bit of fluid, I wonder if it is still under warranty [Updated on: Sat, 03 April 2004 23:01] [Report message to a moderator]
