Thought about a jockey wheel but it'd be hard to attach, the 'V' frame (or whatever it's called) has almost rusted through & I doubt it'd support the weight.

While the top of the van is in near perfect condition the subframe has seen better days so i'm not sure how much tension it would support on the axle & such...
