first thing, bleed the brakes out make sure there arnt any air bubbles in the lines. whilst your at it flush it though and replace all the fluid. check your pads whilst your at it.

after that consider replacing piston seals, brake lines etc.

keeping in mind that it isnt a bad idea to bleed your brakes regularly esp after a hard run if you do get a bit of fade (fluid fade not pad fade) once the brake fluid has boiled once its boiling teperature is severly reduced casuing it to boil more eaisly later on.
