dude, you dont have to register for anything. its a very easy concept.
you rock upto the meeting point and you buy a sticker and the money from the stickers goes to the kids hospital. they usually have enough stickers to go around, plus the sticker lets everyone else know your in the cruise, so its also best to behave in a proper manner.
the cruise will then leave Roselands and head down to Fairy Meadow/Wollongong, and from there you can do what you want. you can veer off from the cruise anytime you want. the only thing that the organisers dont want is for people to act like tools and fuck up the day for everyone else and attract police attention.
thats about it, its not rocket science.
