Thu, 29 August 2002 09:08 cool1 i must admit you have some kind of an attitude problem and i've noticed one thing for sure and that is its impossible for you to ever be wrong, but explain this to me, if they were taken off the road due to being unreliable then WHY did so many people get there demerit points given back to them and fines cancelled? could this possibly be due to the fact that the speedo's police were using to calculate the offending vehicles speed were inaccurate? there for they had to take the WRX's off duty due to there speedo not being accurate? and a WRX is crap huh? well thats a very bold comment to make considering they have won so many car awards and the fact that they are always winning group N rallies where oh wait a minute..... group N means the cars competeing are in stock conditions and all engine internals and so forth are also stock hmmm interesting. its just funny that you think i'm wrong considering that it was such a big deal at the time and there was write ups in car related magazines on the issue and talks on the TV about it where they showed the actual speedo's the police used in the WRX's compared to the standard ones they were issued with. And the reason subaru didn't care about the matter and wern't interested in spending the money on fixing the problem was because the police force wern't buying that many WRX's so the cost of sorting the problems out wasn't worth the deal they were making with the police. argue with me if you want Shane i know you want to, the big question is what lame comment will you come back with in the persuit to not be proven wrong on the matter [Updated on: Thu, 29 August 2002 09:11] [Report message to a moderator]
