I put some into an empty 2 litre drink bottle and put the lid on. It does increase rigidity, and makes the bottle more "solid", but I don't think it would replace adequate metal bracing. Also the stuff expands A LOT and is very messy. I didn't put it in the car in the end, because I didn't want big blobs of foam invading my interior. I also did'nt want it to have a sponge effect if water got into it. Also the stuff hardens with water/vapour, so it may take a while to solidify if you are filling large volumes. My advice if you are considering it, is it's cheap to try it outside your car. [Report message to a moderator]
