I accidently deleted my big reply so anyways.
Phil - Thanks for the plug numbers, i have the 10-50 w penrite 10 i think there was a 5-40w but i think it would be a bit thin. Ideally Mobil 1 would be good 5-50 but $65 every 5 thousand KM is a bit rich for me! When i put the 18REU dizzy in i will let u know. u still havent come to borrow the GEU dizzy  but i need it now. Do you still have the twin K&N filters?
Charles - the GEU dizzy will fit into the RC dizzy by dimentions but the GEU dizzy doesnt look very serviceable i.e hard to dissasemble the magnetic pickup comes off easily but the lobe looks difficult (which is why i didnt try it myself). I have been told that the 21rc and 22re dizzies are very similar to the RC ones and it is easy to put on. I have also been informed that the internals from a L300 van fit in the 18rc/rg dizzy and the cam lobes are the same (as the RG). it was some guy on the forums perhaps a search would show his post as i dont know wich L300 van  . I also have the standard stand alone igniter if that is any help for part numbers etc.
