There is no much you can do to make it go faster without voiding the warranty. You might try a HKS grounding kit to make it smoother and some Denso Iridium plugs. Also using 98 RON fuel with extra octane booster. The biggest gain is to improve the airflow into the intake and minimise engine bay temps.
You could also try getting some 14 or 13" wheels with low profile tyres to reduce the overall diameter of the wheel but you will lose top end speed and I don't know if Toyota will look kindly on you putting smaller wheels on the car, if you can even fit them because of the brake size.
