I think one of the injected 308 Group A commodore motors (VL/VN) had a similar set up on them, except they were different sizes.
There is no reason why it couldn't work, but I still think it's overkill for your motor. Do you know if your existing single TB is actually restricting flow??? Have you tested it?? I'd hate to think you were doing all that work and risking tuning problems all for the sake of a barely measurable reduction in flow restriction.
But if your doing it just to have something that looks different, then by all means go for it. But at least take an educated approach and do some before and after measurements to see what improvements you've made. I am sure heaps of people would be interested to see what your gains are.
