airfireman1 Regular Location: Perth WA Registered: August 2003	Re: 18rg electronic dizzy Thu, 15 April 2004 04:33 sounds to mee like the dizzy is not meshing with the oil pump key way on the botom of the dizzy. if you remove the dizzy and use a long screwdriver to turn the oil pump you need the flat at the bottom of the dizzy shaft to engage into the slot of the oil pump, it may take several goes for it to lign up because as you insert the dizzy the shaft will turn as it engages the gear drive [Report message to a moderator]
